| One of first customers to benefit from the new combined offering from NVS and VetIT was Animals 1st, a Scottish practice with branches in East Lothian and Midlothian. We sat down with CEO John Darlington at the Animals 1st practice in MacMerry to discuss the merits of the service and how it has helped his efficiency, as well as saving him money.
John’s first business was an online vet pharmacy, during which time he realised that there was a need for more veterinary practices in the locality. John now has three branches that specialise in heart scanning and orthopedic treatments.
